Conventions
- One composition per video, under src/compositions, named after the video.
- Every clip, voice line and caption file lives in public/ and is named by scene, never by date.
- Render at 1080p30 for the web and 4K only when someone asks; keep renders out of git.
- The agent writes the composition and the captions, and a person watches the render before it ships.
